The initial situation

Prior to the collaboration with Topcart maintenance and service of our printers was a real problem. We had previously not been collaborating with another service provider and took care of our printer problems ourselves. With a device environment encompassing more than 100 printers in four different locations the task was considerable in terms of time spent, thus causing important projects being left behind. We needed a strong and flexible partner with an allround-carefree-package”, who would take on the service and optimize our device fleet as needed.

The solution

With Topcart’s managed print service we were able to realize all our ideas. We did not have to invest in new printing devices, as Topcart took our existing devices into a full warranty, supplies us with toner and offers complimentary service for our entire printer environment. We benefit in terms of flexibility and cost-savings alike and achieve full cost-transparency, turninig budget transgressions into a thing of the past. In case a repair is economically inefficient, Topcart provides us with a complimentary replacement devcice, which becomes our property at once. We always have a spare replacement device from Topcart on-site, to avoid any potential lapses in productivity during the course of daily business affairs.

The result

Through our collaboration with Topcart we achieve a considerable amount of cost-savings and are free to focus on our main tasks, rather than dealing with printer-related matters.
