Dr Friedbert Maier Tax Consultancy GmbH has been founded in the year 2000 by CPA and tax consultant Dr. Friedbert Maier. A team of 25 employees services self employed individuals, companies, private persons and non-for-profit organizations in regards to a wide spectrum of taxation- and economic matters. The company is located at the University of Saarland , Science Park 2 in 66123 Saarbruecken and since 2014 at an additional location at O4, 17 (Kunststrasse) in 68161 Mannheim.
The initial situation
Friedbert Maier is the company’s founder and general manager. His main duties encompass organization and control of business processes, customer acquisition and acquisition of services. In addition he is in charge of purchasing hard- and software, such as the 14 desktop printers, multifunctional devices and the pertaining consumable materials he got a deal for at an online shop.
“Therefore I had no technical service- or maintenance provisions for the devices. In case of defects, I had to work with external technicians, thus incurring very high expenses.
