Editho AG is a service provider for office coffee-servcice, vending concepts and water-systems. Main focus of the coffee-service provider is the supply of offices, administrative- and government organizations with coffee, coffee-machines and specialty-machines. Mr. Siegmund tells about the collaboration with Topcart.

The initial situation

In 2011 we were looking for a partner to help us realize our goal of increased efficiency in terms of adminstration and use of our printing device environment. Our priority was mainly a high quality allround service, covering our needs while maintaining our flexibility.

The solution

Our search led us to Topcart GmbH, offering exactly what we were looking for, with their Managed Print Service-Concept. Upon conclusion of the contract our entire device environment was taken into full warranty. At the same time some of our inefficient devices were replaced with new ones. Thus we had not only achieved a much more efficient printer fleet, but we no longer had to deal with any printer-related mattters. Set up and installation was done by Topcart technicians, who are available anytime to perform maintenance actions or repairs free of charge, thus guaranteeing our productivity. We are completely free to take care of our essential business! The modus operandi regarding billing is another plus-point for us: there are no run of the mill page-prices or monthly flat fees, no minimum order amounts or unexpected subsequent billing. We only pay for what we actually print on paper. This allows us to plan our budget precisely, as the concept is entirely based on our toner usage.
